QA/QC Engineer must review method statements, inspection and test plan (ITP) along with records to be used for major activities on the project, including for the activities on the project, including for the activities of the subcontractor.
• QA/QC Engineer must ensure that effective inspection/Testing is carried out by his inspection team as per the approved documents and this inclusive for all the subcontractors on the project.
Monthly Reporting
• QA/QC Engineer must assemble all inspection and test data and issue a monthly report concerning all the quality aspects of the work
• QA/QC Engineer must attend meetings with subcontractors / consultants to address QA/QC matters
• QA/QC Engineer must ensure that all QA/QC logs are propyl updated and traceability of all inspection and testing is well maintained
• QA/QC Engineer must review all test reports and inspection reports and comments addressed and submitted to consultants
• QA/QC Engineer must conduct internal audit& external audit and make audit report
