Job Description:
➢ To work as Company Document Controller and maintain control of BMS documents issue and distribution worldwide.
➢ To carry out editing and formatting of BMS documents as instructed by Global Quality Manager
➢ To liaise with all Country Document Controllers worldwide to maintain up-to-date documents and records as contained in the BMS.
➢ To follow-up on BMS related matters such as Customer Feedback Summary with Country operations as and when required, To organize Customer Feedback Reports received from Countries, to maintain database of the reports received.
➢ To maintain central database with information of the BMS documents status from all countries
➢ Update BMS Distribution list in accordance with the latest organization Chart.
