Software Support Representative

Good background in applications and database
With experience in administering and providing database maintenance support
Solid hands-on experience in SQL

Qualifications:

 - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field
- At least 2 years experience as IT Support Engineer
- Able to perform maintenance of Customer Support Systems and Applications
- With good English communications skills
- Arabic speaker will be an advantage
