Quantity take-off and preparation of BOQ as per applicable standard Method of measurements and awareness of other standard.
Preparation of RFQ documents, comparison and evaluation of Various quote for subcontractor selection etc.
Preparation of Interim Payment Applications to clients
Preparation of Variations/claims including rate analysis, supporting documents and building the logic etc.
Checking, verifying and certifying subcontract’s payment certificate
Knowledge and use of various conditions of Contract .
Knowledge and understanding of Technical, contractual and commercial relationship among all.
Cost reporting and controlling, Cost to Complete, etc.
Contractual and commercial correspondence.
Understanding, budget their utilization, impact etc.
Understanding of productivity, market rates etc.
Drafting of terms and conditions for subcontract agreement.
And other various role related to contract and commercial.
