Admin Co-orinator

SGS Qatar is looking for a Female Admin Co-ordinator , preferably Indian.

Qualifications are listed below:

Must be under husband’s Sponsorship

Degree / Diploma Holder, With Good English Communication and Computer skills

2-3 years relevant work experience

Must be Experience of  dealing with companies or supplier

Co-ordinates inter departmental administrative matters.

Preparing Purchase Order

Co-ordinates suppliers, subcontractors, travel agencies etc..

Salary Preparation &OT Calculation based on time sheet

Able to work independently and to co-ordinate several activities simultaneously

Able to interact with management ,Suppliers

Must be good in MS Office(Word ,Excel)

Joining will be immediate. Salary would be QR 3000/-(Based on Experience and Qualification) all inclusive. No transport. Please send your
