Job Description
1. Directing and coordinating site staff directly under his supervision, including provision of equipment's.
2. Representing the company in the daily meetings and communications at site.
3. Applying and ensuring HSSE regulations at site at all times.
4. Ensuring the maintenance of the machinery & equipment's at site.
5. Ensuring the execution of site progress according to project specifications. QA/QC standards, schedules.
6. Preparation of the daily and monthly site progress reports.
7. Preparation of as built drawings according to site progress.
8. Requesting purchases for required site materials & equipment's.
9. Keeping daily time sheet records for site staff.
10. Recommending needed changes of site process based on site evaluation.
11. Establishing employee goals and conducting employee performance reviews.
12. Scheduling staff to include: work assignments/rotations, employee breaks and overtime assignment.
13. Conducting site tool box talks.
14. Conveying the site staff’s suggestions and complaints to the management.
15. Driving the vehicle supplied by the employer for the execution of the works.
16. Attending scheduled corporate training and meetings.
17. Performing other related task and duties as assigned by superiors.
