* Preparation of Variations/claims including rate analysis, supporting documents and building the logic etc.
* Checking, verifying and certifying subcontract’s payment certificate
* Knowledge and use of various conditions of Contract .
* Knowledge and understanding of Technical, contractual and commercial relationship among all.
* Cost reporting and controlling, Cost to Complete, etc.
* Contractual and commercial correspondence.
* Understanding, budget their utilization, impact etc.
* Understanding of productivity, market rates etc.
* Drafting of terms and conditions for subcontract agreement.
* And other various role related to contract and commercial.
