Job Summary: Manages the engineering, technical and administration team of a special project.
Reports to: FM Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensures Contract Compliance
- Responsible for the safe implementation of the maintenance policy and practices
- PPM and breakdown repairs follow up, to the Project’s systems and structures.
- Upper Management and Client reporting
- Direct liaison with the Planning and FRC teams
- Control of the Maintenance Budget.
- Ensures supply chain performance management
- Project Representative in Client and Company Senior Management meetings
- Warehouse high level management for his project
SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Restrictions, Authority, Demands: 24 hours on call availability.
